This website is operated under the OVENIQO name and is hosted by Shopify. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of OVENIQO. The store is currently a private pre-launch preview; orders are not open and no sales contract can currently be concluded.

1. Store information

The final legal seller name, registration details, business address, tax details and customer-care contact will be displayed before checkout is enabled. Until then, the website is provided for product and design preview only.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, misuse contact forms, upload harmful material, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the website in violation of applicable law.

3. Product information

Pre-launch products, photographs, specifications and availability may change. Supplier-reference photographs and unconfirmed models are identified as such. No order will be accepted until the exact product, total price, taxes, delivery charges, compatibility, kit contents, safety information and required seller/manufacturer information are displayed.

4. Orders and contract formation

When checkout opens, an order will be an offer to purchase. A binding contract will arise only when we accept the order in the manner explained at checkout or in the order confirmation, subject to mandatory local law. We may reject or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an unavailable destination, and will refund any payment due.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

The total price and unavoidable charges will be shown before the customer places an order. EU consumer prices will include VAT where required. United States taxes may be calculated according to the shipping destination. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of these terms. They will be available at checkout and must be read together with any mandatory rights applicable in the customer’s country.

7. Safety and intended use

Customers must follow the product instructions, warnings and intended-use limitations supplied with the final product. Vacuum sealing is not heat or pressure canning and does not replace refrigeration or other food-safety requirements.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the OVENIQO name, website design and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party product names and supplier-reference images remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation. Non-essential cookies and similar technologies will be controlled according to applicable consent requirements.

10. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation that is invalid in a customer’s jurisdiction will apply only to the maximum extent permitted there. EU consumers retain their mandatory statutory conformity, withdrawal and remedy rights. United States customers retain non-waivable rights under applicable federal and state law.

11. Governing law and disputes

The final governing-law and court information will be completed using the seller’s country of establishment before checkout opens. A consumer may retain protections and jurisdiction rights granted by mandatory law in the country where they live. Applicable alternative-dispute-resolution information will also be published before sales begin.

12. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes affecting customers will be communicated where required by law. The version applicable to an order will be the version presented when the contract was concluded.
