Return and refund policy

Pre-launch notice: OVENIQO is currently a private product preview. Orders are not open. This policy will apply only after checkout is enabled and the final seller and return details are published.

European Union customers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear withdrawal statement through our Contact page before the period expires. We will provide the required return instructions and model withdrawal form before orders open.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable law. We will refund payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered, within the legally required period. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of return, where permitted by law. The customer may be responsible for direct return costs only if this is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where permitted by law and clearly disclosed before purchase. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of goods may reduce the refund where the law permits.

United States and other destinations

Return eligibility, return period, condition requirements, shipping costs and any permitted exclusions will be displayed before checkout opens. These terms will not limit rights provided by mandatory state or federal law.

Incorrect, damaged or non-conforming goods

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is incorrect, damaged or does not conform to the contract, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant details. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law. EU statutory conformity rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right and are not limited by this policy.

Cancellations

When sales open, an order may be cancelled before fulfilment where the order status and applicable law allow. Once shipped, the return or statutory withdrawal process may apply.

Refund method

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed or required by law. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
